Brief 

Design and build the boutiques in Asia following the original Concept store design and maintaining the high standards and values of the brand.

Scope

From 2014 M2A and FEDON started a partnership for all FEDON’s shops opening in Asia. 

Interior Design | Layout and Space Planning | Detailed drawings | Project Managing | Review and approval of contractor’s shop drawings and materials | Local sourcing of furniture and materials | Quality control of production and Site Works | Follow up of defects rectification
